"Five Months of Waiting!!!"
I made an order with this company on November 19, 2022, for a subscription to People magazine for my elderly mom.
At that time, I was informed that it typically takes about 8 weeks to get the first issue.
Later, I was told my mom would get her first issue on MARCH 27, 2023, which is a whopping 5 MONTHS after I placed the order—way more than the weeks they initially mentioned.
I've asked for a refund five times over the past few weeks, but I've received no response from their customer service.
They’re a total scam.
Stay away from them at all costs.

"Delivery Canceled"
I got a notice saying that People Mag. wouldn’t be coming anymore. They didn’t provide any reason and didn’t refund me for the subscription I didn’t use. I was taken aback when the magazine started showing up again this year, and still no explanation.

I got hit with an automatic renewal for a magazine, and boy, was it pricey! Instead of the usual $35 for a subscription, they charged me $72 without even a heads-up. It seems like their game is to lure you in with a cheap first year and then rake in double the cash with a steep price the following year.

I appreciate that the prices are quite fair. Still, I’d love to see a bit more variety. It was a bit of a challenge to locate Canadian magazines in the lifestyle or home and garden categories. But you guys are dependable and trustworthy, so I’ll keep coming back.
